Arrived on time but staff told us to wait 10mins. So we thought our time would also be extended but nope, they did not.compensate our time for it. Also, the mics for our room didn't work. In the 2hrs session we had, we had to change our mic 4 times which was really a waste of our time. I guess their stuff are rather old. So things started to wear and tear. Felt cheated of our time. Management please do something about it.

It is a very affordable ktv. I come here on a regular basis during non peak hours and the service is great. Although sometimes the staff's tone can get a bit rude at times like sarcastically answering my questions. But overall, it's pretty good. Can bring own food and drinks from the nearby food stalls nearby in the mall and they have a reward system where you get one hour free for every (5?) times you go there. Other ktvs don't have that. Will always come back to sing whenever stressed!

Not inviting and as the thought of singing already felt exhausting with the mask on as regulations are now open up. So instead of going in without our masks, we called in after we walk pass the branch. Asking on the phone if need to wear mask as we thought its an old notice unremoved. So the lady on the phone couldnt speak english and had to pass to one of us to speak Chinese. Then all she said was cannot ask her this question if must wear mask. Sounded abit sarcastic and say they will say yes without any explanation as we are not aware that its compulsory to wear mask unless healthcare or public transport. Also the service staff are very assumptions and judgemental when asking questions about how the booking go about. When we ask about the rate is it for an hour or 2 hours. The guy kept questioning back that we should know this. Didn't come ktv before meh? Quite surprised the staff not being inclusive and judgemental. Tonality and way of answering weren't courteous.

Not satisfy with my first experience here as I had been to a better ktv in M'sia. I was kinda had a very high expectation before i go. The place is small and super crowded when i visited, the counter was kelam kabut on top of uncle shouting here and there like in kopitiam. The song menu is not intuitive to use, you had to list out song u wanna sing before visit else u have to spend another half an hour searching for it. And there is no list of recent popular or highest rated songs in Chinese and English. Lastly it is only suitable for group of 4 or more, and not for solo unless u wanna pay for another 3 pax to get a room.

The equipment at this outlet is quite old and I find the song selection process quite tedious (the interface is not intuitive). The videos were also quite pixelated. Despite all these, I still love Teo Heng for revolutionising the KTV going experience. At least we don't have to pay for ridiculous packages at Kbox or Party World anymore.
